Scott has been the Village School of Music's principal guitar tutor since we first opened in 2003, he is also a fully registered teacher with the UK’s Registry Of Guitar Tutors. While specialising in electric guitar Scott is also an exceptional classical guitarist and has the ability to teach all styles of guitar from beginner to advanced level, so whether students want to achieve Grade Exams, National 5's, Highers, or just for leisure, it's all covered.

 

 We are proud to say Scott's teaching methods are such a success, three of his students have actually been brought on-board as tutors at the Village School of Music.

 

In 2005 Scott was awarded Lanarkshire’s Musician Of The Year and has since gone on to perform with some of the worlds biggest DJs and dance artists including Martin Garrix, Showtek, NTrance, Basshunter, Fragma and other British celebrities. He regularly plays in major venues all over Scotland and has spent 3 years in Spain working as a full time musician with his unique guitar playing style.
